Triumphant Media ("Triumphant Media," "we," "us") is a video production and digital advertising agency based in Amarillo, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

It applies to our website at triumphantmedia.online, our booking and landing pages, our ads and lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, and the emails and text messages we send. By using any of these, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you visit our pages or see our ads, and information from the platforms we advertise on.

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, business name and website, submitted through our website forms, lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, booking pages, email, text, or direct messages.
• Business details: answers to qualifying questions, such as your type of business, approximate revenue, marketing goals and preferred start date.
• Scheduling details: the time you book and any notes you add when scheduling a call.
• Communications: the content of emails, texts, calls and messages you exchange with us.
• Purchase details: what you buy from us and billing contact information. Card and bank details are entered with our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and time on page.
• Cookies and pixels: small files and code from us and our ad partners, such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, that record visits and actions like form submissions. See "Cookies, pixels and advertising" below.

Information from third parties

• When you submit a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, Meta passes us the information you entered, plus basic details about the ad you responded to.
• We may receive publicly available business information, such as your business listing or social profile, when researching whether we are a good fit.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to you, deliver our services and run our business. Specifically, to:

• Reply to inquiries and follow up on lead forms by phone, text or email
• Schedule, confirm and remind you about calls and appointments
• Decide whether our services are a fit and recommend the right offer
• Deliver services you purchase, including production, ad management and reporting
• Send invoices, receipts and service updates
• Send marketing messages, where you have agreed to receive them
• Measure and improve our website, ads and follow-up
• Prevent fraud and spam, and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Triumphant Media may text you about your inquiry, appointments, services and offers.

• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Consent is not required to buy: you do not have to agree to texts to purchase anything from us.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

We use cookies and pixels to understand how people use our site and to show relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.

• Meta Pixel records page visits and form submissions so Meta can measure our ads and show our ads to people who visited our site. Meta's use of this data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics tells us how visitors find and use our pages. Google's use is described at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can control this by:

• Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings
• Adjusting your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram
• Installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on
• Using industry opt-out tools such as aboutads.info/choices

Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Data we handle for our clients

When we run ads, lead forms or follow-up systems for a client business, we process their customers' information on that client's behalf and under their instructions.

• That information belongs to the client. Their own privacy policy governs it, and questions about it should go to them first.
• We use it only to provide services to that client, such as routing leads, reporting results and tracking revenue we are paid on.
• We do not sell it or use it to market our own services.
• When an engagement ends, we return or delete client customer data on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.

We access client ad accounts, Pages and tools only through permissions the client grants and can remove at any time.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. Lead and contact records are kept while there is a possible or active business relationship. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

We protect information with access controls, secure passwords and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you marketing emails or texts

To unsubscribe from email, use the link at the bottom of any message. To stop texts, reply STOP. For anything else, contact us below. We will respond within 45 days and may need to verify your identity first.

Depending on where you live, including Texas, state law may give you additional rights, such as the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. To appeal, email us with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
